Vineyard
Kmiecia's vineyard is an exceptionally charming complex of plots located in the Low Beskids Protected Landscape Area, at the gates of the Bieszczady Mountains, in the small town of Zahutyń, with a total target area of nearly 9 ha, where nine grape varieties are currently cultivated. We believe that the location of our young vineyard is the perfect place for creating unique wines!
Currently, we grow nine grape varieties on our plots: Solaris, Muscaris, Seyval Blanc, Weißer Riesling, Souvignier Gris, Regent, Cabernet Cantor, Leon Millot and Pinot Noir. In spring 2025, we plan to plant additional varieties: Chardonnay and Zweigelt and increase the plantings of Pinot Noir, Souvignier Gris and Leon Millot.

Processing plant
Our processing plant is one of the most modern and professional facilities of this type in Poland. We pay special attention to the quality of the process of producing our wines, to ensure that we close the best in each bottle! That is why the production process is carried out with attention to every detail, under the watchful eye of the best Polish oenologist - Piotr Stopczyński.
Although we are a relatively young project, we certainly do not lack the will to act, determination, ambition and ideas. Taking care of the highest quality of our fruit and the wine produced from them, we have equipped our processing plant with renowned technical facilities exclusively from the best European suppliers. We want to use the best in the traditional approach to winemaking and combine it with new technologies. This approach directly translates into the creation of exquisite wines of the highest quality.
The effect of our work is exceptional wines with a unique character, which are a perfect combination of the great passion we put into our daily work, the unique place where our grapes grow and the many years of experience of the specialists we cooperate with. It is for you that we create our refined single-varietal wines and interesting and thoughtful blends. What is extremely important, in our vineyard we produce wines exclusively from our own crops, so we have full control over the quality of the grapes used.

The entire production process, from harvest to bottling, takes place in one place, thanks to which we can fully control the quality of the wines offered to our customers. No wonder we want you to be able to enjoy their taste in the right conditions.
Kmiecia Winery will be a unique place with a unique atmosphere, where you will be able to spend time pleasantly with a glass of our wine, as well as organize a unique event in your life that will require the right atmosphere. We invite you in the second half of 2025.

This is the area that our vines will occupy in the spring of 2025. Currently, our plots cover just over 4 hectares.

We currently cultivate 9 grape varieties, although not all of them are yet fruitful; we plan to plant two more in the spring of 2025.
